Stuffed Shells

Pasta shells stuffed with a tasty cheese mixture. Can be prepared ahead of time, and left in the fridge to be baked later.

Ingredients:
12 ouncesJumbo Pasta Shells
4 cups Large curd cottage cheese
12 ouncesShredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
2Eggs, lightly beaten
1 pinchGarlic powder
1 tspDried Oregano
1 tspDried Parsley
26 ouncesSpaghetti sauce
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook shells according to package, and place in cold water to stop cooking. Drain.

Mix together cottage cheese, mozzarrela cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, eggs, and garlic powder. Pulverize the dried herbs, and stir into cheese mixture. Stuff mixture into prepared shells.

Spread 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan. Place shells open side up, close together in pan. Spread remaining sauce over top, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes, let stand 10 minutes before serving
